  • Art Docent Education

Are you interested in volunteering to teach art in your local school but don’t know what to teach or how to get started? Join us for our annual Art Docent Fair.

You will learn multiple hands-on art projects that you can take with you to teach in the schools. You will also learn how to use a work of art to lead a classroom discussion to spark inquiry, makes connections, and inspires creativity. Participants will come away with the confidence and knowledge to lead art lessons in a K-6 classroom. All supplies provided.

  • Art and Friendship Club

This program is supported, in part, by a grant from the Washington State Arts Commission and the National Endowment for the Arts.
