Embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-care with the "Self-Care Intuitive Vision Board™ Workshop," presented by Infinite Balance Life Coaching. This immersive experience is designed for anyone seeking to refill their cup and reinvigorate their approach to personal well-being.
The Intuitive Vision Board™ process begins with a life coaching session where we will develop an understanding of what SELF-CARE means, including my "Four Fundamentals of Self-Care," the obstacles that keep us from essential self-care, and strategies to maintain self-care. You will be guided to create a personal intention, allowing us to tap into our personal meaning of self-care and create a powerful intention for our board. We will then be ready to create our boards! Once our boards are complete, there will be an opportunity to share your board, and if you are open, I would love the opportunity to tap into your masterpiece and share some insights! These boards come alive when we use the Intuitive Vision Board™ process!
Vision Boards offer an amazing vehicle to visualize our goals and intentions. When we create a sacred board that exhibits our values, dreams, feelings—anything we want to achieve—and display the board where it can be seen every day, we can attract and manifest those goals in our lives.
